Welcome to SideQuests+ ("the app"). By downloading, accessing, or using SideQuests+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

SideQuests+ is a personal productivity and habit-tracking application. You may use the app for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

SideQuests+ offers optional subscription plans (Pro and Premium) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

4. AI Coach Feature

The AI Coach is an optional feature that provides personalized suggestions and motivation. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, psychological, or fitness advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (quests, notes, goals, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding associated with SideQuests+ are the property of JoogSzn LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

SideQuests+ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoogSzn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
